How to increase sexual stamina

Most men not only care about the size of their penis, but also their ability to last during sexual intercourse, because in modern society, premature ejaculation has become a major problem that troubles many men. If men can last longer, they can bring better experience to their sexual partners and maintain a good sex life. So how should men increase their ability to last longer?

1Take your time. Sex doesn't have to be fast and furious. Keep the movements slow and steady, gradually increasing the stimulation. Don't be too forceful, tease and tease your partner by lingering and changing angles, then go for quick deep penetration. 3. Rest. If you feel yourself approaching orgasm, or if you feel exhausted, stop for a few minutes. You can use this time to enjoy caressing, talk dirty, or switch to physically and orally stimulating your partner. When you calm down, resume your sexual intercourse.

4. Focus on foreplay. Penetrative intercourse is not the be-all and end-all of sex. You can give your significant other a long experience by taking the time to enjoy a great eve. Kissing, touching, pillow talk, and using toys or restraints can make for amazing, memorable sex. Give your partner lots of oral and physical stimulation, and let her go first - even have her orgasm once or more before penetration. If you use several or all of the techniques, a few minutes of intercourse may be all both parties need—or want—to satisfy.

5. Use thick condoms. While some argue that there is no difference between different condoms, many men and women swear that using thicker condoms reduces sensitivity and causes them to delay orgasm. Using lube along with condoms also appears to help men last longer.

6Try a sensitivity-reducing lotion. Many adult stores and sexual health retailers sell lotions that can be applied to the penis to numb the senses during intercourse, allowing men to delay orgasm. Of course, stopping to apply chemical lotion while in bed is not sexy at all, so this method is probably best used in a relaxed and stable sexual relationship.

Look for a lotion that can be used on the skin to avoid numbing your partner.

Method 2 of 3:

1. Eat healthily. Lack of sexual stamina, whether in men or women, may be a sign of bigger problems with your health and diet. To have a great sex life, eat healthy foods and maintain a healthy weight.

Try not to eat foods high in fat and cholesterol, as these can clog your arteries and reduce blood flow. Good blood flow is key to an optimal sexual experience.

2. Exercise. Good sex can be difficult and so exhausting! As with all physical activities, your stamina in bed can be improved through fitness. Getting 30 minutes of aerobic exercise at least five days a week will keep you fit, increase blood flow, and give you the energy for great sex. Plus, exercise can improve your figure and make you a more confident lover.

3. Stay stress-free. Stress can make it difficult to maintain focus, an erection, and pleasure during sex — and it can constrict the blood flow necessary for healthy sex. To improve stamina and increase enjoyment, both men and women should reduce stress in their lives—or at least learn to leave it out of the bedroom.
