Many male friends are suffering from abnormal semen. Since it will directly affect men's sexual pleasure, if it exists for a long time, it will inevitably cause men to lose their desire for sex life, which may lay the hidden danger of family breakdown. The key to treating semen abnormalities is early detection and early treatment. What are the symptoms of abnormal semen? What everyone needs to pay special attention to is that when men reach orgasm during sexual intercourse, ejaculation will occur. For men with abnormal semen, they cannot fully experience the pleasure of sexual life. The main symptoms of abnormal semen are as follows: 1. Oligospermia and hyperspermia Normally, the number of sperm in a man's semen ejaculation is between 20 million and 200 million per milliliter. A sperm count below 20 million per milliliter is considered oligospermia, and a sperm count exceeding 300 million per milliliter is considered hyperspermia.
2. Azoospermia If no sperm is found in three semen examinations, it is azoospermia. Azoospermia is divided into two types: "congenital azoospermia" and "obstructive azoospermia". The former refers to the atrophy and degeneration of testicular spermatogenic cells, which cannot produce sperm; the latter refers to the testicles being able to produce sperm, but the vas deferens is blocked and cannot discharge sperm.
3. Necrozoospermia The survival rate of sperm in semen is reduced. If more than 40% of dead sperm are found in semen examination, it is called necrospermia, also known as hypernecrospermia. However, the artificial increase in dead sperm due to improper examination methods or failure to collect semen according to normal methods is called pseudonecrospermia, which must be identified.
4. Hematospermia There is blood mixed in the semen. In severe cases, the blood can be seen with the naked eye, which is called "gross blood-spermia"; in mild cases, the blood cannot be seen with the naked eye, but red blood cells can be seen with the help of a microscope, which is called "microscopic hematospermia".
5. Hyperspermia and oligospermia Generally, the normal amount of semen discharged at one time is 2 to 6 ml. Less than 1.5 ml is called oligospermia, and more than 6 ml is called polyspermia. An increase in semen does not mean an increase in sperm. 6. Semen liquefaction Generally, normal semen is a uniform flowing liquid. If the separated semen does not liquefy or still contains liquefied agglomerates at room temperature (22-25 degrees Celsius) for 60 minutes, it is called "semen non-liquefaction syndrome", which will affect the aggregation or braking of sperm, slow down or inhibit the normal movement of sperm. |
