Four major minerals can actually protect men's private health

Minerals are important elements needed by the human body. For men, special attention should be paid to the supplementation of certain minerals. Because some minerals are important for maintaining men's health and reducing the risk of disease. Experts in men's health point out that the four major categories of nutrients, chromium, magnesium, zinc and boron, are extremely helpful in preventing and treating diseases that men are prone to, such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, stroke, certain cancers, gallstones, etc.

The mineral that men need most is magnesium. Studies have shown that normal magnesium intake can reduce heart disease and lower blood pressure. Magnesium can also enhance fertility by increasing the motility of sperm in semen. You can get two-thirds of your daily magnesium requirement from a breakfast consisting of two bowls of cereal with skim milk and a banana. Baked sweet potatoes, beans, nuts, oatmeal cakes, peanut butter, whole-wheat flour, green leafy vegetables and seafood are also rich in magnesium.

Zinc (zinc) The human body needs enough zinc to ensure strong sexual desire, healthy sexual function and normal reproductive ability. Doctors use zinc to treat impotence

Zinc also has obvious effects on accelerating the healing of human wounds and resisting diseases. The "U.S. Nutritional Standard Recommendations" states that the normal daily zinc requirement for men is 15 mg, but the actual intake is often only 2/3. If you exercise a lot, you will be more deficient in zinc because men lose more zinc than women when they sweat.

A 110-gram piece of lean beef can provide half of the daily requirement. Other foods rich in zinc include turkey, seafood, cereal and beans. Chromium is one of the minerals necessary for maintaining muscle strength. Adult men need at least 50 micrograms per day, while sports enthusiasts need to increase it to 100-200 micrograms. Countermeasure: Eat a bunch of fresh grapes or raisins every day. Grapes are known as "chromium warehouse". In addition, there should always be whole grains on the table. The more refined the food is, the less chromium it contains.

Boron is one of the protectors of the prostate. Countermeasure: Drinking a cup of vanilla ice cream (containing about 25 mg of boron) and eating a handful of pumpkin seeds (about 50 grams) every day can roughly meet the human body's physiological needs for boron.
