Interview with sex workers: What do clients like to do most?

The lady is from Seattle. She has been engaged in sex work for 15 years. She is almost 40 years old now. She is very beautiful and talkative. She receives 10 customers a week and provides services for their payment. Her customers are very satisfied with her, with a satisfaction rate of 62% (perhaps it can be translated as return bed rate?).

The traditional view is that those single men who go to prostitutes are losers who can't get dates, but the single customers she portrays are cute and charming. No one makes her feel like a loser. Most of their dates are normal (straight), so why do they patronize her? They are insecure about sex: "I love sex, but I am anxious. My age relationship prevents me from reaching the level of comfort I expect." "The more you have sex, the better you feel about it. I hope to know more about women and learn more about how to make them feel comfortable." "I am always nervous on a date. When you expect a moving meeting, the cost is greater. Here I can relax."

The traditional view is that married men go to prostitutes because they cannot get satisfaction from their wives. Women have overturned this view. Most of them have sex at home but the way is not very suitable for them. They also complain that their wives lack interest in both sexual and non-sexual aspects. "I don't get much caressing and kissing at home, and I suggested to my wife that she go to therapy and she said we didn't need it. So this is my own therapy." "My wife and I are good friends, but not quite there emotionally or sexually, so after a long consideration I decided to do this in a way that doesn't hurt anyone to make up for what I don't get at home." Many married clients tell her, "I came here to save my marriage." A minority of clients feel a little guilty about visiting women, just 8%.

Compared with single men, a lady's married customers are more interested in her sexual response and hope that she can have sex with them. "I wish I knew I could orgasm with a woman." Unlike many sex workers, the lady is happy to orgasm with clients who ask for it, @...% of them.

The top sexual requests of female customers are (91%) (71%), which isn't surprising, but many men, both single and married, want more variety than their normal sexual experience. “I feel more variety here,” said one customer. Requests also included receiving anal sex (55%), other non-genital intercourse (53%), breast intercourse (22%), requesting anal sex with a dildo (18%), and female-initiated anal sex with male submission (less than 5%).

I've seen many surveys of sex workers and their clients, but this is the first client survey conducted by a sex worker, and while it may be a game-changer, it breaks some new ground: more than half of the women's clients want non-genital intercourse, and even more want anal sex.
