Sexual climax is equal to fitness. Good sexual habits can reduce anxiety.

Sexual climax is equal to fitness. Good sexual habits can reduce anxiety.

"Sex and Health" experts say: Long-term good sexual climax life makes people less anxious, less violent and hostile, and also supports the body's immune system, can relieve pain, regulate endocrine, and improve mental state. Couples in happy marriages will benefit the most.

Active sex is like a workout

A 120-pound woman burns 42 calories per minute when making love, while playing doubles tennis only burns 40 calories per minute. When we make love, our heartbeat and pulse speed up, and after orgasm, our bodies relax and return to their normal activity level.

Regular sexual intercourse increases your body's endurance, just like the purpose of various exercises in the gym.

In the new field of "psychoneuroimmunology," experts have found that sexual intercourse can reduce stress and improve immune function. And women with breast cancer, when their sexual climax life is satisfied, they enter a state of biochemical euphoria and increase the level of T cells, which are the bearers of immune function.

8 mysterious factors that affect women's orgasm

Psychologists and clinical psychologists have focused their attention on the woman, studying the basis of her reactions, her unconscious motivations and the sources of her constraints. They sometimes simply assume that all individuals are equally capable of sexual responsiveness, provided their early experiences are appropriate. Many of them believe that there are no inherent differences in the ability of different individuals to respond to the same sexual stimulation.

However, we believe that there are considerable differences in women's orgasm responses. If we want to analyze the reasons for these differences, we must consider three major factors: external stimuli, the subject's response ability, and the content and nature of the subject's previous experiences.

1. Women’s Intrinsic Abilities

We have studied the individual differences in structure and physiology in all species of plants and animals, so we believe that some of the individual differences in human sexual behavior may also arise from the fact that the physiological abilities produced by those biological structures related to sexual response vary greatly from individual to individual.

This involves the actual state of the central nervous system and other related systems. Different states of these systems can result in different sexual responses in different individuals, and sometimes the differences can be huge.

2. Female age

Although the incidence and frequency of marital sexual intercourse and women's orgasm reach their peak in the early stages of marriage and continue to decline after a long period of marriage.

However, when women are young, the percentage of orgasms in their total sexual intercourse is the lowest, and this percentage continues to rise as they age. Of course, our study only covered women up to the age of 60, so it is not sufficient to analyze older women.

3. Education level

The cumulative incidence and frequency of marital sexual intercourse among women with different educational levels are basically the same.

But we also found that if we look at the number of women who have reached orgasm over a five-year period, then in any five-year period, there are significantly more such people among more educated women.

4. Parents’ occupation level

In the first year after marriage, more than 90% of women who reach orgasm during sexual intercourse are less likely to be from lower-class families, but more likely to be from upper-class white-collar families.

But the gap is not large: 34% among those from manual laborer families and 40% among those from upper-class white-collar families, but it persists until the 15th year of marriage, just as we found when we looked at the differences in the situation of women with different levels of education.

5. Generational differences

If we look at the proportion of people who reach orgasm over a five-year period, we find that the proportion has been rising over the past 40 years.

The percentage of total sexual intercourse that resulted in orgasm has also continued to rise over the past 40 years, which may have greater social significance. Among women born before 1900, 33% never reached orgasm in the first year of marriage, while among women born after 1909, only 22% or 23% did so. This gap persists until at least the 15th year of marriage.

6. Whether puberty starts early or late

The early or late onset of puberty has basically no effect on the incidence and frequency of marital sexual intercourse among women.

Even the proportion of orgasms achieved during total sexual intercourse has no necessary correlation. The only possible exceptions are women who do not begin puberty until age 15 or later, among whom slightly more are likely to never orgasm and slightly less likely to orgasm in more than 90% of intercourse than other women.

7. Degree of religious belief

The impact in this regard is not significant. There were no significant differences in the incidence and frequency of orgasms, or in the proportion of total sexual intercourse that resulted in orgasms, between the most devout, average, and least devout women. Only the most devout Catholic women reported more restraint in the first year of marriage.

There are significantly more people who are completely unable to reach orgasm, and significantly fewer people who can reach orgasm more than 90%.

8. Age of marriage

There are some connections in this regard. The lowest orgasm frequency is among women who married before the age of 20. Among these people, 34% never reach orgasm in the first year of marriage.

Among women who get married between the ages of 21 and 30, only 22% are like this. Only 17% of women get married after the age of 30. This difference still exists even after 10 and 15 years of marriage.
