Push back and one person lies prone on the bed

Do not use a pillow, tilt your head to one side, and relax your upper limbs. The other person stands beside the bed, facing the head of the prone person, stretches out the five fingers of both hands, presses the palms against the back of the prone person, and pushes forward with moderate force. Push about 10 times, then ask the prone person to turn his head to the other side, and push about 10 times as above. Then, the operator makes a fist with his right hand and hits from top to bottom several times before stopping.

Press the spine and lie prone on the bed

The other party uses the index fingers and thumbs of both hands to gently pinch the skin starting from the coccyx, then slowly pinch the skin forward and push it to the highest part of the spine under the neck. This counts as one time. Pinch 4 to 6 times in a row, which counts as one time. Do this once every night. When doing it the second or third time, the skin should be lifted diagonally upwards after every three pinches. If the lifting technique is correct, a slight sound can be heard at the second to fifth lumbar vertebrae.
