Research shows that this is indeed possible. Kissing can serve as a partner evaluation strategy. It helps you vet a potential partner, and the first kiss can go a long way in influencing the future of your relationship (albeit mostly in negative ways). A study surveyed 58 men and 122 women. The researchers asked these men and women, "Have you ever found that when you like someone, you find that you are not interested in him/her after you kiss him/her for the first time?" Among them, 59% of men and 66% of women answered "yes".

Compared with a control group of patients who did not kiss their partners, those who kissed their partners had less severe allergic symptoms.

In another study of married people and long-term cohabitants, researchers asked a group of couples to increase the frequency of kissing over a six-week period. Finally, participants in the group that increased their kissing frequency reported feeling less stressed and more satisfied with their relationship than those in a control group of couples who did not make demands.

It seems that one bad kiss can directly lead to the end of a potential relationship, while kissing more often can have a positive impact on your relationship and your health. In short, if you and your partner have no problems with oral hygiene, you might as well find an excuse like Christmas, New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Valentine's Day, etc. and find a romantic place to practice more.
