What makes women feel different every time

This is a very common problem because there are several pairs of nerves connected to the genitals, and each pair of nerves is responsible for connecting to a different part of the genitals. Stimulating different combinations of nerves will produce different combinations of sensations. Depending on the location, intensity and method of genital stimulation, the feeling a person experiences each time will be very different.

These four pairs of nerves in the female reproductive system (one on each side) are responsible for communicating information between the female genital area and the brain.

Different parts of the genitals are connected to different nerves, and some areas of the genitals are connected to the brain by more than one pair of nerves. The first three pairs of nerves lead to the spinal cord, through which various sensations are transmitted to the brain; while the vagus nerve bypasses the spinal cord and goes directly to the brain. For example, the sensation of the cervix is ​​transmitted through three pathways: the pelvic nerve, the hypogastric nerve, and the vagus nerve; and the pelvic nerve transmits the sensation of the perineal skin (including the genital skin), vagina, and cervix.

For women, the quality of the orgasmic sensation depends on where the stimulation occurs:

Clitoris, vagina, cervix. The clitoris is mainly connected to the pudendal nerve, the vagina is mainly connected to the pelvic nerve, and the cervix is ​​connected to the pelvic nerve, hypogastric nerve and vagus nerve. Although the orgasm caused by stimulating a certain part of the genitals alone is produced by itself, if more than one part is stimulated at the same time, the orgasm is not produced by one person alone. This additional effect produces a collective orgasm, which is the so-called "mixed orgasm."
