I want to pee as soon as I drink water. What's wrong?

We all know that everyone must drink an appropriate amount of water every day so that the body will be healthy. If you don't replenish water for a long time, your body will become dehydrated. However, many people have this problem, that is, they want to go to the toilet as soon as they finish drinking water. It feels like the water has not been absorbed at all, and no matter how much water they drink, it will be excreted quickly. Let me explain this problem below.

Generally speaking, the amount of water a person drinks each day should at least be balanced with the amount of water consumed by the body. The human body excretes about 1500 ml of urine a day, plus the water from feces, breathing or evaporation from the skin, the total water consumption is about 2500 ml. The human body can only replenish about 1000 ml of water from food and metabolism every day. Therefore, a normal person needs to drink at least 1500 ml of water a day, about 8 cups. How much water each person needs to drink generally varies depending on activity level, environment, and even the weather. Drinking too much water will not have much impact on the health of normal people, but it may cause increased urination and cause inconvenience in life.

However, for some special groups of people, special attention must be paid to the amount of water they drink. For example, patients with edema, heart failure, and renal failure should not drink too much water, because drinking too much water will increase the burden on the heart and kidneys, which can easily worsen the condition. For patients with heat stroke, constipation, dry skin and other diseases, drinking more water can help alleviate the condition to a certain extent. In addition, people should drink more water when they have a cold or fever, because rising body temperature will cause water loss. Drinking more water can help the body dissipate heat and help patients recover. However, this also depends on the individual's daily activity level. A reasonable way is to drink 100 to 150 ml of water each time, with an interval of 20 to 30 minutes.

Many people think it is troublesome to go to the toilet all the time, so in order to go to the toilet less often, they try to reduce the amount and frequency of drinking water. I think this is a very unwise approach. We must replenish water every day. Drinking water and going to the toilet is a very normal phenomenon of the body detoxifying. Generally, there will be no problem, so there is no need to worry too much.
