What to do if the frenulum is torn

What to do if the frenulum is torn

In relationships between men and women, men are always in a dominant position. In fact, men's reproductive organs are very fragile, and there are many male diseases that are difficult to talk about. For example: foreskin is too long, penis is short, prostatitis and so on. Many men with foreskin that is too long also experience frenulum tearing. A torn frenulum can cause bleeding, swelling, and pain in the penis. In severe cases, it can even cause complete detachment, making people suffer terribly. So what should we do if the frenulum is torn?

What is a frenulum tear?

The frenulum is located in the lower abdomen of the glans penis inside the foreskin and is connected to the lower part of the urethral opening of the glans penis through the coronal sulcus. It has strong elasticity and can be significantly extended when the penis is erect, and significantly shortened when the penis is soft. Rough masturbation or sexual intercourse can cause the frenulum to tear or sever completely.

The frenulum of the foreskin has a strong elastic force. It can be significantly extended when the penis is erect, and significantly shortened when the penis is soft. Vigorous masturbation or overly rough sexual intercourse can cause the frenulum of the foreskin to tear or even completely detach. The main cause of frenulum tearing is excessive force, such as vigorous movements during masturbation, which increases local stimulation and is more likely to cause frenulum tearing.

What causes a frenulum tear?

1. The main factor causing the frenulum to tear is excessive force. For example, when masturbating, one wants to ejaculate quickly for fear of being seen, so the movements are too violent to increase local stimulation. However, in this case, excessive force can easily cause the frenulum to tear.

2. Lack of sexual knowledge and impatient and fierce sex. For example, on the wedding night, if the man lacks sexual knowledge and is too impatient and fierce during sexual intercourse, or because of the tough hymen or vaginal spasm, when the penis is forcefully inserted, the resistance may easily cause the foreskin to pull the frenulum and cause the frenulum to crack.

How to treat a frenulum tear?

Once this embarrassing and helpless problem occurs during sexual intercourse, you must not ignore it or handle it incorrectly. Here are the methods to deal with frenulum torn.

Frenulum tearing usually occurs during intense sexual intercourse, especially when the woman is on top or other difficult sexual positions are used, which can cause the penis to twist or be suddenly hit, leading to frenulum tearing and even rupture of the tunica albuginea and corpus cavernosum.

When the penis is erect during sex, the corpus cavernosum of the penis becomes highly engorged with blood and the volume of the corpus cavernosum suddenly increases, which makes the white membrane wrapped around it significantly thinner and more brittle, just like a blown-up balloon, whose endurance becomes less. At this time, if the membrane is suddenly affected by external force and exceeds the expansion and elasticity limits of the membrane, it is easy for one side of the membrane and corpus cavernosum to rupture. Sometimes, you can hear a "snap" sound when it breaks, and there is unbearable pain and a tearing sensation. Then the penis becomes soft and gradually swells and turns purple.

The treatment method is: once the frenulum of the penis is torn and the tunica albuginea is ruptured, first interrupt sexual intercourse immediately, then immediately rinse with mineral water, and use a clean towel to apply pressure to stop the bleeding to avoid infection. If the tunica albuginea of the penis is found to be ruptured, the situation is more serious. Some areas may ooze blood, which should be stopped by timely compression, or simply bandaged with a bandage and held with a little force to apply pressure. If conditions permit, you can take ice cubes and put them in a plastic bag for cold compress during the first period of time. Finally, and most importantly, the patient should be sent to the hospital for treatment immediately, preferably in the supine position.
