As time goes by, people have absorbed the experience of their predecessors and carried out research and inventions. Human society has become a very wonderful existence. Many things that did not exist before are now common. Many things that we dare not even think about have gradually become possible, and medical progress is one of them. Artificial insemination ( AI) refers to an assisted reproductive technology (ART) that uses non-sexual intercourse to deliver sperm into the female reproductive tract to achieve the purpose of making a woman pregnant. ART). According to the source of sperm, AI can be divided into Artificial Insemination with Husband semen (AIH) and Artificial Insemination with Donor semen (AID) from sperm from a third party . According to the different insemination sites, such as vagina, cervical canal, uterine cavity, fallopian tube and abdominal cavity, they are respectively called intravaginal insemination ( IVI), intracervical insemination (ICI), intrauterine insemination ( IUI) and intrafallopian tube insemination (IFI).

AI is a type of ART, and its implementation process must comply with a series of regulations promulgated by the Ministry of Health, including the "Measures for the Administration of Human Assisted Reproductive Technology" (Ministerial Order No. 14 of the Ministry of Health in 2001), the "Notice of the Ministry of Health on the Revision of the Norms, Basic Standards and Ethical Principles Related to Human Assisted Reproductive Technology and Human Sperm Banks" (Weikejiaofa [2003] No. 176) and the "Implementation Rules for the Verification of Human Assisted Reproductive Technology and Human Sperm Banks of the Ministry of Health" (Weikejiaofa [2006] No. 44) .

Among them, the most widely used AI technologies are IUI and AID.

The development of medical technology today has made great progress, but there are still many new diseases that cannot be cured, so people still need to continue to study them. The things in the world are endless, and the understanding of things is also endless, but the same is true for people from generation to generation, which is endless.
